Privacy Statement

The Environmental Appeals Board is committed to providing our visitors with a web site that respects their privacy. We do not automatically gather any personal information from you, such as your name, phone number or address. This information is only obtained if you supply it knowingly and voluntarily, usually by completing a Notice of Appeal or by contacting us via phone or email. 

The information requested is necessary to allow the Environmental Appeals Board to perform its function.  The information is collected under the authority of the Protection of Privacy Act, SA 2024, c P-28.5, sections 4(c), 5(1)(p), and 5(2) for the purposes of administering the Environmental Appeals Board’s appeals program.
